Chicken Fajita

OY!!!!!😁😋👍 Healthy Chicken Fajitas

        Hungry? Want something good, but healthy. Well I have just the thing that can make your mouth water. A chicken fajita is a healthy dinner that only takes about 30-45 minutes to prepare. Read on for the recipe!! 😋😄

                The ingredients are:


  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 pound of chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1medium onion sliced
  • 2-3 green bell peppers seeded and sliced
  • Flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional ingredients contain chees e sour cream avocado cilantro salsa tomatoes
  • sliced

🔅Optional ingredients contain cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, salsa, and tomatoes.  

🔼 Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 teaspoons of oil, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, sugar, and lime juice. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining oil and then stir in the chicken. Cook for two minutes.

Stir in the onions and the bell peppers and cook with the chicken for four minutes or until the vegetables are a bit tender.

Stir in the spice mixture and cook for another two minutes.

Season with a little more salt and/or pepper.

Serve with prepared flour and/or corn tortillas and the other optional toppings.


         Now you have a delicious and healthy meal ready to enjoy. ENJOY😊😮🍗👍
